Realme is ready to launch its flagship Realme X device on May 15 at an event in Beijing, China. Multiple mentions regarding functions and design suggest high-quality specifications. The company itself has revealed many details about Realme X.
Now the company has confirmed that the smartphone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor. But the most interesting thing is that the company will use the following in-display fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint recognition area has also been increased by 44% in this new sensor.
Prior to this, Realme had confirmed that the phone would have a Sony 48 MP IMX586 sensor with f / 1.7 aperture. As with Realme 3 Pro, Realme X is also equipped with Nightscape mode for taking photos in low light.
A new poster shared by the company explained almost every detail regarding the configuration of the rear view camera. The figure shows the zoom functions of the 48-MP sensor smartphone. The company had previously confirmed the presence of an AMOLED display panel and a smooth design.
A recent LAAA leak reveals that the phone has a 6.5-inch notch-less AMOLED screen that supports a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor and 4 GB RAM. It has an internal memory of 64 GB with microSD card slot to expand the storage capacity.
The smartphone launches Android 9 Pie OS immediately with the company’s ColorOS 6.0 user interface. It is powered by a 3,680 Ah battery with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charger technology.

During the launch on May 15, the company will also launch Realme X Youth Edition, also known as Realme X Lite, together with Realme X, a re-branded version of Realme 3 Pro launched in India last month.
