Enliven the smartphone market by the 5G connectivity capabilities, Huawei has made a breakthrough with the release of Huawei Mate X . Yes! Not only comes as the first folding screen smartphone released by Huawei, Mate X is also equipped with 5G connectivity capabilities in it.
Well! Huawei’s breakthrough in the 5G smartphone market apparently didn’t stop there. As promised, the smartphone manufacturer from China which had a problem with the United States government has just marketed Huawei Mate 20 X 5G .
Previously there were reports that the Mate 20 X 5G would enter the market in June 2019. However, this did not materialize after several operators canceled the sale because of a US ban on Huawei.
However, this smartphone will penetrate the market in the near future through Etisalat in the United Arab Emirates. For consumers who are interested in buying this smartphone, they have to spend up to AED 3,523 or the equivalent of IDR 13 million if converted to the current exchange rate.
Not only will it be marketed in the United Arab Emirates, Huawei will also sell Mate 20 X 5G in Italy by cooperating with Amazon. Well! For Italian consumers who want to buy a smartphone, Mate 20 X 5G sold for € 1,099 or about Rp17 million .
For now, both in the United Arab Emirates and in Italy, Huawei has only offered the smartphone in the form of pre-orders. Promised, the first direct sales will be held on July 22, 2019. While in China, new sales will start on July 26, 2019.
Huawei Mate 20 X 5G retains the same specifications as the Huawei Mate 20 X, including a 7.2-inch AMOLED screen with FullHD + resolution. This smartphone is also enhanced with waterdrop-style bangs, three rear cameras and a Kirin 980 chipset plus a Balong 5000 5G modem.
Three cameras on the back are also enriched by Leica and the configuration is a 40 MP wide lens, 20 MP ultra-wide lens and 8 MP telephoto lens. Huawei Mate 20 X 5G comes with support for 8 GB RAM, 256 GB internal storage and 4,200 mAh battery with 40W charging.
