Huawei announces MateBook E 2019, powered by Snapdragon 850

Huawei today announced a new 2-in-1 laptop. The new MateBook E 2019 is a fan-free PC that works with Snapdragon 850 and works with Windows 10 Home.

The MateBook E 2019 combines the Snapdragon 850 chipset with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB / 512 GB of UFS storage space. It supports 4G LTE (nano-SIM) which covers network bands in most regions so you can always stay connected as you do on your phone.

There is a 4 × 4 MIMO antenna technology to keep the connection strong, both indoors and outdoors. There is also Bluetooth 5.0 and dual band Wi-Fi. Huawei says the laptop has a special feature that prevents Bluetooth and Wi-Fi from interfering with each other.

The notebook has a 12-inch touch screen with a resolution of 2160 x 1440, a 3: 2 aspect ratio and a 160 ° viewing angle. The screen has an oleophobic coating to keep it free of stains. Huawei claims to have a TUV Rheinland certification, which means that it is advisable to protect it from harmful blue light.

The notebook has two speakers with dual SmartPA amplifiers and Dolby Atmos for an immersive virtual surround sound experience. When it comes to ports, you get a USB Type-C port that supports uploading, data transfer and even double as DisplayPort. There is also a 3.5mm audio jack. Huawei has also added Huawei Share 3.0 One Touch, which allows you to transfer files from your phone to your computer and vice versa by simply touching the phone against the computer keyboard.
